We are looking for someone with experience in the below area’s to deliver an excellent member experience in the club with focus on service and standards. You will work to bring in new joiners through different activities, including club outreach and community events.
Key Job Accountabilities
- A hands-on role within the club with a focus on member engagement
- Driving standards
- Handle incoming leads
- Outbound calls and manage lead flow
- Front desk first point of contact
- Tours
- Building commercial relationships
- Project & Event research and planning
- Social Media content creation & growth
- Staff performance and monitoring
- Maintain cleanliness and the ensure successful operation of the site
- Assist with general club related duties
- To give feedback to management aiding in decision-making as well as helping to follow short, medium and long-term plans of Safari Health Hub. Regular reporting and ability to learn gym software.
- Facility upkeep – Keep the facility tidy and maintain the equipment in optimal condition.
