Children start in our mixed Kids class. From age 10, girls and boys move into their own dedicated Youth classes.

Kids Muay Thai

Boys and girls together.

Our Kids Muay Thai classes introduce younger children to martial arts in a structured, encouraging class. They learn technique, coordination, discipline, listening and how to work with others, while staying active and having fun.

A dedicated girls only class.

A space for girls to grow stronger and more confident. Girls learn Muay Thai, improve fitness and develop discipline alongside other girls their age.

Learn the skill, build the discipline. Coached Muay Thai technique, fitness and progression in a structured boys only group.

From age 10

Girls and boys train separately.

Who young people train alongside matters. From age 10, Girls Youth and Boys Youth are separate classes, so every young person trains in a group where they feel comfortable and can focus on learning.

Questions parents ask.

What ages do you teach?
Kids Muay Thai is for ages 4 to 9. Girls Youth and Boys Youth Muay Thai are for ages 10 to 15.
Are boys and girls separated?
Kids Muay Thai for ages 4 to 9 is mixed. From age 10, girls and boys train in separate Girls Youth and Boys Youth classes.
My child isn’t sporty. Is that okay?
Yes. Classes are built for beginners, and coaches start every child at the right level. Confidence usually grows quickly once they are in the room.
Will my child have to spar?
No. Beginners are not expected to spar. Controlled sparring is introduced at an appropriate stage as young people progress.
What should my child wear?
Comfortable sportswear and a water bottle. No equipment is needed for the first sessions.
Can my child try before joining?
Yes. Every class has a free first week, subject to class availability.
How much does it cost?
Kids Muay Thai is from £31 a month and Youth Muay Thai is from £37 a month, plus Safari insurance (£15.99 for 3 months or £40 a year). Brothers and sisters get 20% off.
Where can I see class times?
Our live timetable always shows the current days and times. Tap “See this week’s class times”, or message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you.
Is there parking?
Yes. There are two car parks at the building, one along the side and one behind it. Both are free for up to 2 hours.
